Mindfulness-based psychotherapy reduced perceived stress and improved psychological well-being in people with corona anxiety. In a quasi-experimental study with 33 adults referred to telephone counseling centers in Isfahan, Iran, those who received two months of mindfulness-based psychotherapy showed significantly lower perceived stress and higher psychological well-being at posttest and three-month follow-up compared to a control group. The therapy included techniques such as mindful attitude, mindful activities, addressing problem-making feelings and emotions, and breathing exercises.
