EEG signal analysis for ‘OM’ Mantra Meditation

Variations in beta and gamma brainwave frequencies are closely linked to the depth of meditation experience during OM Mantra Meditation. A positive correlation exists between the level of beta and gamma activity and the depth of meditation. Experienced meditators show remarkably stable focus with minimal fluctuations compared to non-meditators, corresponding to enhanced concentration abilities.
