CAN THE ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE SYSTEM POSSES SELF-CONSCIOUSNESS?

Artificial intelligence systems, even advanced ones, cannot achieve true self-consciousness because they lack the ethical core that defines human essence. The authors argue that reducing human nature to an information matrix is methodologically incorrect; instead, a person's essence is rooted in a set of ethical principles. AI, as a global social mega-machine of the West, possesses only technical awareness and an imitative nature, making its design fragile. Using a transdisciplinary approach including Klimenko's recurrent theory of self-organization and a geometric method, the study shows that AI remains dependent on natural intelligence and cannot transcend its space-time framework to develop genuine self-awareness.
