Dimensions: A General Theory — From States of Consciousness to the Structure of Spacetime

A theoretical framework is presented that unifies two earlier concepts—dimensional consciousness and dimensional field—into a single self-consistent system. The paper outlines their interrelationship and explores possible applications in individual cognition, physical and mental health, interpretation of traditional culture, and cutting-edge scientific thinking. A version 2.0 update adds two inter-dimensional energy transition formulas: one for energy calculation from a 3D field to a 4D field, and another from a 4D field to a 5D field. The work provides a foundational structure for future academic discussion and detailed research.
