Abstract
This paper, “Integrative Yogic Activity Modules for Holistic Development in Children: A School-Based Approach,” highlights the importance of incorporating yoga activities in school education. It focuses on child-friendly practices such as animal poses, yoga games, breathing exercises, and short meditation for children aged 6–16 years. Using an activity-based approach, the study observed improvements in physical fitness, concentration, emotional stability, and social behavior. The findings suggest that yoga, when taught in a fun and engaging way, significantly contributes to the holistic development of children. The study recommends integrating structured yoga programs into the school curriculum for better physical and mental well-being.
