Abstract

From early awareness of my own thought through observation, I saw and felt human suffering. Not suffering from lack — but from the endless chase of wanting what is not yet had, the hollow inner running through conflicting thoughts, the loop of surviving without arriving. Through a long and difficult road, accumulating experience, knowledge, and the recognition of patterns — in myself, in others, in existence itself — this framework emerged. The Life Equation is a unified philosophical framework addressing the full range of questions human beings persistently seek answers to: the nature and structure of consciousness, the origin and meaning of suffering, the reality of free will, the existential crisis of beings who are not their identity, and the relationship between individual existence and the larger patterns of reality. It integrates insights from physics, psychology, philosophy of mind, contemplative traditions, and complexity science into a single coherent structure — not as doctrine, not as religion, not as demand for belief, but as a map.
