Abstract
This paper presents Version 4.0 of the Conditional Manifestation Theory of Consciousness (CMT-C), introducing a comprehensive 15-level hierarchy of consciousness that spans from quantum foundations to absolute consciousness. The theory proposes a multidimensional vector representation of consciousness in a 12-dimensional quality space, allowing quantitative comparison across radically different forms of consciousness. We present mathematical models, consciousness vectors for each level, experimental protocols, and testable predictions.
