The framework unifies quantum consciousness (Penrose-Hameroff Orch-OR), morphogenetic bioelectricity (Levin), complexity science (Krakauer), and the psi-epistemic interpretation of quantum mechanics (Spekkens). It introduces a golden ratio quantization of consciousness levels, operational metrics for measuring Φ in AI systems, and four falsifiable experimental tests to discriminate between the field hypothesis and materialist emergentism.
