Abstract
MRI is a noninvasive imaging technique that measures the neurological activity of a person’s brain over time. The BOLD signal, which represents variations in blood oxygenation associated with brain activity, is what it depends on.The investigation of functional connectivity emphasizes on the timevarying spontaneous variations in these BOLD signals. Functional connectivity measures the coordination between various brain areas and their activity during rest. In this work the time series of voxels are extracted along with it a visually represented the voxel’s signal intensity values over time. The variations in brain signals exhibit the consistent behavior for the default mode network.
