Epistemological Note -Scope and Status of ClaimsThis article presents a speculative theoretical framework (the Quantum-Thermal Universe, QTU) that proposes connections among number theory, physics, consciousness and cosmology.The formal structures introduced (Definitions, Theorems, Propositions) are internally consistent within the QTU axiom system, but they do not constitute proofs within mainstream mathematics or physics unless explicitly stated.In particular:• The Riemann Hypothesis (RH) remains an open problem.The arguments in Part IV are conjectural convergences within the QTU framework, not a proof accepted by the mathematical community.• Connections to General Relativity, String Theory and astrophysics are analogical and motivational, not derivations from those theories.• Predictions in Parts V and XI are falsifiable proposals; none has undergone empirical validation.• All claims about consciousness and AI are philosophical hypotheses compatible with, but not implied by, the physical formalism.Critical peer review by specialists in number theory, mathematical physics, neuroscience and philosophy of science is explicitly solicited.
