Abstract
This text is a review of Janusz Mariański's book Religious Experience in Sociological Narrative. A Theoretical and Empirical Study published by Adam Marszałek Publishing House in Toruń. Reading this book provokes a look at religious experience as something that can be somehow noticeable, also for a sociological approach. The review provides both a comprehensive presentation of the monograph from a substantive perspective and a partially polemical analysis of more specific topics.
