Abstract

Latar belakang: Perawat adalah salah satu profesi yang signifikan berisiko tinggi mengalami stres kerja, yang dapat menurunkan kemampuan empati dan kualitas perawatan. Intervensi Mindfulness telah terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran diri dan keseimbangan emosi pada perawat. Tujuan: Literatur review ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh mindfulness terhadap stres kerja perawat dalam perspektif Teori Caring Jean Watson. Metode: Pencarian artikel dilakukan dengan menggunakan database SagePub, Pubmed dan Google Scholar. Artikel diseleksi dengan menggunakan kriteria inklusi yakni artikel dibatasi sejak lima tahun terakhir (2020-2025), penelitian empiris, partisipan adalah perawat dan merupakan artikel penelitian murni dan full teks. Hasil: Didapatkan delapan artikel yang memenuhi kriteria dalam studi review ini. Artikel penelitian berasal dari Indonesia dan dari luar. Simpulan: Tinjauan menunjukkan bahwa mindfulness secara konsisten menurunkan stres kerja, meningkatkan empati, regulasi emosi, dan kesejahteraan psikologis, yang sejalan dengan dimensi caritas dalam Teori Caring Watson. Mindfulness interventions have been shown to be effective in enhancing self-awareness and emotional balance among nurses. Objective: This literature review aims to examine the impact of mindfulness on work-related stress among nurses from the perspective of Jean Watson's Theory of Caring. Method: Article searches were conducted using the SagePub, Pubmed and Google Scholar databases. Articles were selected based on inclusion criteria, which limited the search to the last five years (2020-2025), empirical research, participants being nurses, and consisting of pure research articles in full text. Results: Eight articles that met the criteria were identified for this review study. The research articles originated from both Indonesia and abroad. Conclusion: The review indicates that mindfulness consistently reduces work-related stress, enhances empathy, emotional regulation, and psychological well-being, which aligns with the dimensions of caritas in Watson's Theory of Caring.
