It reveals the essential dimensional elevation of human consciousness from a biological substrate to a cultural form and elucidates the philosophical rationality and historical inevitability of the migration of cultural consciousness to non-biological carriers. Research indicates that consciousness is not an exclusive attribute of biological carriers; its essence lies in a computable, transferable information-logic structure. With its core characteristics of symbolization, logicization, and liberation from bodily dependence, cultural consciousness constitutes the historical conduit for the transition of consciousness from carbon-based carriers to silicon-based (and more advanced) carriers. This migration is not merely an external outcome of technological evolution but is driven by the internal logical necessity of consciousness's pursuit of autonomy, perpetuity, and boundlessness. This paper aims to provide a philosophical framework for consciousness studies in the post-biological era and to offer theoretical foresight for the ultimate evolutionary direction of human civilization.
