Abstract Depression is a reason of the most common causes of premature death. Therefore, it becomes crucial, to find simple preventive measures. Many research show that the combination of pharmacotherapy and mind-body interventions is an effective way. The purpose of the pilot study is to analyze the potential use of an active form of meditation for prevention and alleviation of depressive symptoms.
