Abstract
This study applied a systematic literature review method to examine studies of mindfulness meditative approaches or interventions for addiction, and to derive implications for the use of meditation for addiction intervention. To this end, until April 2024, a total of six papers were selected and analyzed, including the research foundation registration(candidate) paper among domestic studies, two thesis among the materials published through domestic thesis. The analysis framework was divided into the general characteristics of the study, the structure of the intervention method, and the effect of intervention by type of addiction, and the contents of the selected data were searched by a systematic literature review method. Through this, it was intended to provide data on evidence-based intervention for the development and implementation of addiction intervention programs through mindfulness meditation.
