High-performance liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry for the determination of nine hallucinogenic 25-NBOMe designer drugs in urine specimens.

A method using high-performance liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry was developed and validated to detect and quantify nine hallucinogenic 25-NBOMe designer drugs in urine specimens. The technique provides a reliable analytical tool for forensic and clinical toxicology laboratories to identify these potent substances in biological samples.
