Patients with REM Sleep Behavior Disorder (RBD) report higher dream recall frequency, more nightmares, and greater aggression-related dream content compared to healthy controls. The findings suggest that the motor dysregulation characteristic of RBD may be linked to alterations in emotional and aggressive dream mentation.
