This essay examines a critical-cultural project that centers Black femme labor, intellect, expression, and faith, drawing on examples from botanical gardens to psychedelics to Black feminist spirituality. It asks readers to consider the nuances of a type of Black experience that is frequently rendered invisible, exploring how making and living in everydayness can be a form of witchcraft, artcraft, and lifecraft.
