We report two elderly patients with leprosy and Charles Bonnet syndrome who suffered from multiple sensory disturbances. The phenomenology of these visual hallucinations was similar to most cases without leprosy. The likelihood of hallucination Is increased when multiple sensory deprivation is superimposed upon an ageing nervous system.
