Coscienza e soggettività
Rosmini Studies July 30, 2026 Nicola de Pisapia
This essay argues that contemporary cognitive neuroscience and Antonio Rosmini's philosophy can engage in an integrative dialogue about consciousness. Drawing on neurophenomenology and theories of subjective experience, the author identifies conceptual parallels with Rosmini's notion of 'fundamental feeling.' The essay proposes a non-reductionist, embodied, and temporally structured view of consciousness, suggesting that this synthesis offers a richer understanding than purely neuroscientific accounts alone.
