This chapter examines, from a psychological perspective, how spirituality, morality, and ethics interrelate and can underpin integral education aimed at humanization, critical consciousness, and openness to transcendence. Spirituality is defined as the search for meaning and self-transcendence, morality as a system of sociocultural norms, and ethics as critical reflection on action. A qualitative literature review across traditions—including Frankl's logotherapy, humanistic and transpersonal psychology, and liberation psychology—finds convergence in viewing spirituality as organizing meaning, guiding moral judgment, and qualifying ethical action. The authors argue that integrating these dimensions, with Wilber's integral psychology, fosters self-knowledge and responsible subjects.
