THE SYSTEM OF CHARACTERS IN UZBEK SHAMANIC LEGENDS

This article analyzes the system of characters in Uzbek shamanic legends from the perspective of folklore studies. It examines main characters such as shamans, spirits, ancestors, natural forces, and mythological beings, describing their literary and semantic features. The study explains the close connection between these characters and the ancient worldview, religious beliefs, and ritual traditions of the people. The research evaluates the character system as an important component of oral folk creativity and reveals their cultural and spiritual significance.
