[The detection of the 25B-NBOMe derivative of phenylethylamine in the biological material].

Using HPLC/MS/MS with a linear ion trap, the work demonstrates that 25B-NBOMe and its major metabolites can be detected in biological material within 24 hours after drug consumption and remain identifiable for up to 3 months when stored refrigerated at 3–5 °C. The results confirm high stability of the compound and its metabolites in biological tissues.
