A Quantum-Biological Model of Non-Human Intelligence Contact: Integrating Consciousness Studies, Quantum Biology, Witness Testimony, and the Persistence of Information Through a Forensic-Bayesian Framework

A unified hypothesis proposes that consciousness may be a quantum-informational phenomenon coupled to biological substrate via quantum-coherent structures, rather than being produced solely by classical neural computation. The paper applies forensic methodology and Bayesian analysis to integrate evidence from credentialed witness testimony on Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP), peer-reviewed quantum biology, consciousness studies, near-death experience research, and reincarnation case studies. It suggests that non-human intelligences may engage Earth through this consciousness substrate, explaining convergence of physical UAP encounters, contactee testimony, NDE phenomenology, and mystical traditions. The hypothesis is favored under most assumption regimes but not under maximally hostile assumptions at a minimal prior.
