Time as the Tactile Perception of Consciousness: An Empirical Argument That a Scientific Framework Cannot Overturn The Illusion of Time – Redefining the Relationship Between Consciousness, Time, and Light時間即意識的觸覺:一個科學框架無法推翻的經驗論證 時間的錯覺——重新定義意識、時間與光的關係

March 19, 2025 Walter De preprint

Time is not an independent physical phenomenon but a tool consciousness uses to measure change. By re-examining relativity, thermodynamics, quantum mechanics, and consciousness studies, the paper argues that humanity has confused time with the speed of light, leading to a fundamental misunderstanding. Through mathematical reasoning, physical experiment analysis, and support from psychology and neuroscience, it attempts to demonstrate that consciousness is the true core element in four-dimensional spacetime, while time is merely a derivative of conscious experience. This perspective challenges traditional relativity and physics, opening new directions for studying the essence of time.
