Experimental Methodology of Integrative Practices Based on the Quantum Vision Used in the Creative Process for Anxiety and Depression

Journal of Quantum Science of Consciousness. February 5, 2026 Karla Vanessa Carvalhal

A proposed intervention for anxiety and depression draws on Amit Goswami's quantum worldview, targeting mental, physical, vital, and supramental levels. The protocol follows seven stages of the creative process: intention, inspiration, imagination, intuition, insight, incubation, and implementation. It combines evocation and prayer, meditative and postural practices, guided visualization, somatic regulation, narrative work with archetypes, dream incubation, and observation of synchronicities. The hypothesis is that intervening at the supramental level enables reorganizations of meaning and behavior, reducing anxious and depressive symptoms by aligning purpose, attention, body, and symbolization. Evaluation is proposed using experimental designs with physiological and energetic parameters via SCIO Theta, psychometric measures, and practice markers.
