Islamic and transpersonal psychology share interconnected views of human beings, each examining people across three dimensions: somatic (body), psychic (mental), and noetic (spiritual). Both fields center on theoretical studies of human nature and emphasize spiritual or transcendental awareness. This qualitative library research systematically reviewed e-journal literature to identify these commonalities, concluding that the two psychological traditions converge in their multidimensional and spiritually attuned conception of persons.
