Phenomenological Analysis of Long-Term Self-Observational Records and Flowing Dreams

A multi-year self-observation project systematically recorded and analyzed characteristics of dream flow, consciousness control, and subjective experience during lucid dreams. The first-person phenomenological analysis explored patterns in dream clarity, stability, and volitional control, documenting how the lucid dream state unfolds.
