Kan-Li Geometry as a Cross-Scale Consciousness Metric: A Unified Framework from Allosteric Proteins to Whole-Brain Functional Integration (Version 2 — Corrected)

Zenodo (CERN European Organization for Nuclear Research) May 16, 2026 Yao-Kai Kao

A corrected preprint reports that the allosteric modulator ZT_potential ranks first among 569 compounds in an AlloBench prediction task (AUC 0.913, d=-0.894, p<0.001). In an EEG study of 50 participants, the HT-alphaSI metric shows an unusually large effect size (d=1.51, p=3e-14) compared to prior work. Empirical connectome tension values from 33 HCP wakefulness participants are 0.044 (SC) and 0.060 (FC). Previously claimed direct consciousness-state measurements are now labeled as in silico simulations, and neuroreceptor rankings are approximate model outputs requiring experimental validation.
