A Multidimensional Framework for Human Vitality Integrating Breath, Thought, Word, Movement, Fasting, Compassion, and Contemplative Practice

Public health guidance overwhelmingly focuses on diet, but human vitality depends on multiple non-substitutable inputs—breath, sleep, movement, posture, sunlight, hydration, thought, language, relational connection, contemplative stillness, and ethical orientation—none of which currently have recommended daily allowances or systematic surveillance comparable to those for food.
