An eight-week mindfulness-based cognitive behavior therapy program improved life satisfaction, life orientation, and family functioning while reducing depressive symptoms and suicidal ideation in adolescents with depression and suicidal behavior. The intervention appears effective for enhancing psychological functioning in this population.
