A planned study will test whether Cyclic Meditation (CM) can boost workplace creativity in corporate managers more than supine rest. Sixty managers will be randomly assigned to either 35-minute daily CM sessions or supine rest for 12 weeks. Creativity will be measured before and after with the Alternative Uses Task and a creativity capacity questionnaire, while EEG tracks brain activity. The authors expect the CM group to show greater improvements in creativity scores and different EEG patterns. If confirmed, CM could become a practical tool for corporate wellness programs aimed at enhancing innovation and resilience.
