Osho Dynamic Meditation; Improved Stress Reduction in Farmer Determine by using Serum Cortisol and EEG (A Qualitative Study Review)

International Journal of Innovative Science and Research Technology May 11, 2024 Suyog S. Khajbage, V. Paithankar, J. Vyas et al.

Agriculture employs 52% of the population and accounts for 17% of GDP in India, yet over the past 17 years approximately 14 million farmers have committed suicide, indicating rising stress. The text proposes studying whether Osho dynamic meditation—an active meditation introduced in 1970—can reduce stress in farmers by measuring serum cortisol levels and beta brain waves via EEG before and after meditation. The goal is to promote meditation for positive energy and a stress-free life among farmers and others.
