A mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) program increased mindfulness—particularly observing, non-reactivity, and describing—and reduced experiential avoidance, including procrastination and behavioral avoidance, in 35 college students. The program did not change perceived stress, depression, or trait anxiety levels.
