The Unified Coherence-Based Framework (UCBF) proposes that reality is a discrete lattice (an FCC supersolid) where every point stores state and every edge carries coherence. Particles are topological defects, mass is the energy cost of moving a defect, and charge is a twist in defect topology. Quantum mechanics arises from low-coherence behavior, with superposition as the lattice waiting to commit and collapse as coherence restoration. Classical physics emerges at high coherence. Consciousness is recursive coherence—when a coherence-rich region models itself and minimizes its own strain. Meaning is predictive relevance that reduces uncertainty. Ethics follows from coherence strategy: cooperation amplifies coherence, harm destroys it. The framework makes testable predictions about lattice anisotropy, coherence metrics, consciousness correlates, and civilizational phase transitions.
