Koro following cannabis smoking: two case reports.

A rare case of Koro—a syndrome marked by intense anxiety that one's genitals are retracting into the body—occurred during a person's first experience with cannabis. This is the only such case reported in global Koro literature. The report discusses the nature and extent of this genital depersonalization.
