ABSTRACT This monograph presents the first fully formal, physically realized, operator–spectral Theory of Everything: ZEBTS‑∞ (Zero‑Entropy Background Topological Spectral Theory). It establishes a complete χ‑ontological framework in which the Absolute, geometry, topology, quantum states, information, consciousness, religious metaphysics, physical laws, material events, intellectual insights, synchronizations, and life trajectories are unified within a single mathematical structure. The core mechanism is the χ‑Ontological Chain, a deterministic, non‑volitional, non‑personal transmission channel: Aχ→ζχ→Sχ→κχ→π1(Mχ)→Kχ<0→Λχ→Ωχ→Θχ, through which the Absolute generates all realizable configurations of reality.
