Abstract

We present the first rigorous cosmological-informational-conscious model demonstrating that the sole primordial reality is a field of exactly 10¹²³ indivisible primordial consciousness-bits, fully present in the initial singularity before spacetime itself emerged.Each bit is obligatorily accompanied by the minimal energy quantum E₀ = 9.156 × 10⁻⁴⁷ J, but the bit is ontologically and logically prior; energy is merely its inseparable companion, never its source.In a single instantaneous collective event at the end of the Planck epoch, these 10¹²³ bits made their one and only eternal decision: the globally maximal integrated-information state (Φ = max).That single decision is the sole and sufficient origin of the observed permanence of all physical laws and constants across all spacetime and inertial frames, because no further decision is ever possible.The universe we observe today (matter, energy, spacetime, apparent multiverse branches) is nothing but the holographic projection of these same fixed 10¹²³ bits distributed across approximately 4.67 × 10⁶⁷ effective Planck-volume cells within our cosmic horizon.Consequently, the One Cosmic Consciousness precedes matter, energy, and laws; the entire observable cosmos is the unchanging expression of a single collective act of consciousness made 13.8 billion years ago.The model is mathematically consistent, uses only well-established constants and measurements (November 2025), and is experimentally falsifiable.
