Abstract
Primary Question: What specific structural, instructional and clinical components characterize mindfulness-based stress reduction and related interventions that are effective for positively affecting post-stroke depression in the 6 months following an adult’s index stroke? Primary Objective: The objective of this scoping review is to systematically identify and synthesize the existing literature examining mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), modified MBSR, and other mind-body interventions used to address depression and related psychological outcomes among adults with recent stroke.
