Abstract

[EN] The nature of consciousness remains the greatest unsolved mystery in neurobiology. While the Penrose-Hameroff Orch-OR model proposes that consciousness arises from objective reductions (collapses) within neuronal microtubules, empirical validation has been elusive. In this paper, we map tubulin dimers into a quantum circuit restricted by the Ouroboros Modulo-9 topology. We demonstrate that macroscopic quantum coherence reaches a deterministic gravitational threshold, triggering a collapse that spontaneously emits a 40Hz beat frequency—exactly matching biological Gamma waves. This simulation proves consciousness is not a computational byproduct, but a fundamental topological phenomenon of space-time. Formal Verification & Source Code: The rigorous Python/Qiskit Quantum Simulator proofs and framework codebase are open-source and available at the Ouroboros GitHub Repository.
