This paper constructs Consciousness Quantum Ontology (CQO), a monistic theoretical framework that takes consciousness as fundamental ontology. Starting from core axioms, the work explains the internal relation between individual consciousness, collective subconscious consciousness field and quantum field, elaborates the cosmic generation mechanism triggered by primitive awareness, the holographic correspondence between individual "self" and collective "big self", and the mutual influence logic of fate and reality.
