Abstract Based on the three core axioms of the original Real-Virtual Dual Field Theory (RVDT), this paper constructs a quantitative model of real-virtual field coupling in living systems, and demonstrates that somatic lattice topological complexity, metabolic dissipation rate and consciousness level present a strict linear positive correlation. Cross-validation with multiple samples such as olms, periodical cicadas, mayflies, hibernating mammals and primates shows that: under closed conditions with fixed innate total energy storage and no extreme external disturbance, the survival duration of life is inversely proportional to the dissipation rate per unit time, differentiating into two typical survival strategies of "low dissipation for long duration" and "high dissipation for rapid decay", which can uniformly explain the ubiquitous "momentary glory" phenomenon in nature.
