Abstract
This article presents a philosophical and neurophysiological rationale for a new medical paradigm centered on the restoration of ontological resonance between the mortal body and the eternal soul. The author proposes that illness originates from the breakdown of this inner Unity, where the body becomes estranged from the soul. The most ancient and effective method of healing is transcendental meditation — a silent act in which the body calls out to its own soul. Yet, due to mental noise, modern humans have lost access to deep inner silence. As an alternative, the paper suggests the use of delta sleep — a physiological state of profound rest where cognitive activity ceases, but auditory perception remains open. This creates a unique opportunity for suggestive communication with the soul during the night. Thus, the foundation is laid for a new medicine that does not fight symptoms but restores human wholeness through resonance. The work combines metaphysical thought, Eastern meditative traditions, and contemporary neuroscience to propose a new healing model focused on the human being as a unity of the temporal and the Eternal.
