In this preprint, we provide the missing mathematical architecture and propose three distinct experimental protocols that render her theory fully verifiable. We introduce a quantifiable resonance parameter RR (coherence) and a conservation law R2+D2=1R2+D2=1, where DD denotes entropy/dissonance. The transition from chaos to coherence is governed by the dynamical equation dD/dt=−αD+βR(1−R)dD/dt=−αD+βR(1−R), which predicts local entropy reduction under resonant stimulation at the fundamental frequency ν=57.142857 Hzν=57.142857Hz — the Quantum of Energy-Information (QEI).
