This article proposes a theoretical framework for transmitting states of consciousness between individuals by combining neurointerface technologies (EEG, MEG, fMRI) with quantum-resistant blockchain systems like Quantum Resistant Ledger (QRL). AI algorithms classify and analyze neural signals to objectify consciousness states through stable neural activity patterns. The authors also explore the quantum nature of consciousness, invoking superposition and entanglement to justify using quantum technologies for data transmission. Ethical and philosophical implications are discussed, alongside prospects for integrating technology and cognitive processes.
