An online mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) program reduced pandemic fatigue and increased resilience among frontline nurses working in COVID-19-dedicated wards. In a study with 60 nurses, those who completed the six-week online MBSR program showed significantly greater reductions in pandemic fatigue and improvements in resilience at week 6 compared with a control group. Resilience improvements were already significant at week 3. Qualitative interviews with seven participants revealed four themes about their experiences. The findings suggest that integrating digital mindfulness programs into occupational health initiatives could support nurses' mental well-being in high-stress clinical settings.
